We approach training like we are preparing for a marathon. We start out with all-new hires undergoing comprehensive safety training. That’s the first mile. The next 25.2 miles of training build on that first mile and include not only classroom training but also drills, live maneuvers, assessments and simulations that are so lifelike they make our people sweat. Understanding that people learn differently, Moran takes a Blended Learning approach to training. By utilizing multiple methods of teaching, it helps ensure that we are delivering the knowledge in a method that is best for our learners. These methods include; live classroom, eLearning, skill assessment, simulation and self paced workbooks (for on board "hands-on" training).
